Useful properties of compote
Compote is an unusually tasty, nutritious and healthy drink. If you drink cool compote it will perfectly quenche thirst in hot weather, but If it is hot - it will quickly warm and cheer us in the winter. Not carbonated beverages nor mineral water and juices will not bring us as much benefit as can give a simple and easy-to-prepare compote. But in European traditions compote is called not a familiar drink as for us, but fruit, cooked in syrup, served for dessert in special kremankah with the syrup in which they were brewed. But we used to call compote a drink, brewed from water, sugar and various fruits, and berries. The compote is not just a drink, it is a vitamin drink that provides our body with a variety of vitamins, pectic substances, minerals, and also fructose - fruit sugar, which is more useful and easier to digest by the body than glucose and sucrose.
Compote can be welded from any berries and fresh, dried, canned and frozen fruits. And with different combinations of fruits, we get a compote-assortment. In such compotes, fruit and berries are selected in optimal proportions, so that they perfectly combined and effectively complement each other, giving the compote an unforgettable taste and aroma. In addition to freshly brewed compotes, there is a category such as canned compotes. The benefits of canned compote, are not inferior in useful qualities with freshly brewed. Such compotes are considered to be as an excellent fruit and berry preserves with a long shelf life, as their safety is ensured by sterilization.
