Useful properties of Peach compote
Peach contains vitamins PP, B1, B2, C, E amino acids useful to the body, such as alanine, lysine, valine, tryptophan, as well as minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium and zinc.
It is used with strongly reduced acidity in the body, with constipation, heart disease, anemia and low hemoglobin content, for the prevention of any viral diseases, and also for flu and colds. Thanks to the content of organic acids, the peach stimulates the work of the stomach, namely the production of gastric juice, thereby improving digestion.
