Useful properties of Quince compote
Quince contains vitamins PP, В1, В2, А, B carotene, ascorbic acid, organic acids mono- and disaccharides, a large number of pectin compounds, salts, iron, potassium, calcium, copper and phosphorus.
It is used for sclerosis, pancreatitis, hypertension, anemia, diseases and disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, with problems with the cardiovascular system. Pectin from quince compote strengthens the body is an anti-inflammatory binder and diuretic. The high content of sugars and organic acids promotes rapid recovery after physical exertion. Compote of quince is useful in anemia, with problems of the gastrointestinal tract diseases of the heart and respiratory organs.
